2. Order Fulfillment

Eschere enables customers to purchase products that are shipped directly from foreign supplier warehouses. Orders are forwarded to the supplier within a maximum of 7 business days from the date full payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 3 business days.

Total delivery time ranges from 4 to 45 business days depending on the customer's location, the supplier and factors such as customs clearance, transport delays or force majeure. By placing an order the customer accepts this delivery timeframe.

If delivery is delayed beyond 45 business days from the date the order was forwarded to the supplier the customer may withdraw from the contract and request a full refund by submitting a written request to contact@eschere.com within 7 days of that deadline.

The customer as the importer is responsible for customs formalities and taxes including VAT and duties unless the supplier uses the IOSS system in which case VAT is included in the price. Information about VAT treatment and any additional costs is clearly displayed before order placement.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the product type, delivery country and selected shipping method. We may offer promotions including free shipping which will be clearly communicated on the website during checkout. In the case of a return the customer bears the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs fees unless we explicitly agree otherwise in individual cases.

4. Shipping Information

After the order is forwarded to the supplier the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available. We make every effort to keep customers informed of estimated delivery times in case of delays based on information received from the supplier. The customer is required to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier and to us at contact@eschere.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.

5. Delivery Liability

Eschere is not liable for delivery delays caused by supplier actions, logistics partners, customs clearance, incorrect addresses provided by the customer or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for product damage during transport however we will support the customer in filing a complaint with the carrier or supplier in accordance with applicable law including GPSR. In the case of a lost shipment we will take steps to investigate with the supplier or carrier and offer a refund or reshipment at our discretion.

6. Product Safety (GPSR)

All products offered in our store meet the safety requirements set out in the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and carry CE marking where required. If a product is found to pose a safety risk we will withdraw it from sale and notify customers by email with return instructions as detailed in our Refund Policy. Product safety concerns should be directed to contact@eschere.com and we will respond within 24 hours and take action in accordance with GPSR.
